May 26: The Fallon, Nevada library provided internet access for keeping in touch with family and friends. The librarian, Mrs. Barbara Matthews, offered to let me use her office computer so that I could work without interruption. She and the staff were very helpful, but preferred that I not take their picture, but instead, capture a picture of the mural that dominates the wall. Thanks so much! It was Memorial Day weekend, so I ended up spending a couple of days enjoying the hospitality of Fallon, before heading out across the vast Nevada basin.
